Service Definitions
‘full [enrollment & proofing] service’ – a service which manages and controls directly all enrollment interactions with the subject of an identity proofing.
Note – this definition aligns both to services which meet 63A_SAC criteria and also those which meet OP_SAC Parts A & B criteria.
‘full [authentication & lifecycle management] service’ – a service which manages and controls directly all authentication interactions with requesting entities and which also holds overall responsibility for the management of Subject accounts and associated credentials.
Note – this definition aligns both to services which meet 63B_SAC criteria and also those which meet OP_SAC Parts C to F (inclusive) criteria.
‘full service’ – either a full [enrollment & proofing] service or a full [authentication & lifecycle management] service or both of these services.
‘component service’ – a service which does not meet completely the requirements of any full service.
